We are small, and we know it. Partnership is how this work reaches women we would never meet on our own.

What it looks like

What partnership actually involves

Usually it is one of four things: a room we can use, an audience we can speak to, expertise we do not have, or funding for something specific.

We prefer partnerships with a defined shape — one series, one location, one cohort — over open-ended arrangements that quietly expire. It makes it much easier to tell whether it worked.

We will also tell you plainly what we cannot do. We are early, our capacity is genuinely limited, and over-promising would waste both our time.
