Five ways to be part of this

Some cost you an evening. Some cost you nothing at all. All of them help.

Way one

Join the Community

Being in Her Space means an invitation to our online sessions, a note when something is happening, and a WhatsApp group you can sit quietly in for as long as you like.

There is no cost and no application.

However much or little you want to say. Nobody but us reads this.

Join Our Founding Volunteer Team

We're building something meaningful, and we don't want to build it alone.

Beyond the Roles is currently assembling a founding team of people who want to contribute their skills, experience, creativity and ideas to a growing social-impact initiative.

Volunteer roles are currently unpaid as we build the organisation and develop sustainable funding.

We currently welcome volunteers in the following areas:

  1. Administrative & Operations
  2. Programs & Community
  3. Research & Policy
  4. Mental Health & Wellbeing
  5. Communications & Content
  6. Design & Creative
  7. Digital & Technology
  8. Partnerships & Fundraising
  9. Women's & Girl-Child Development

Become a Mentor

Mentoring here means a defined commitment to one woman over a set number of months — not an open-ended offer to be available, which tends to fade.

Leadership & Economic Empowerment is still being designed, so this is an early list rather than an immediate match.

Partner With Us

Organisations, clinics, schools, congregations, employers and individuals all have something we do not: reach, rooms, expertise, or the trust of women we have not met yet.

Way five

Support Our Work

Every growing initiative needs people who believe in the work enough to contribute their time, expertise, resources or financial support.

Your support can help us develop programs, create resources, conduct research, expand our reach and build sustainable spaces for women and girls.

We have not set up online giving yet. Rather than put a button here that does not work, we would rather you wrote to us and we will tell you exactly where it would go.

Online giving is not live yet. This page will be updated when it is.

Start with one conversation

You do not have to pick a lane. Come to one circle and see how it feels.

Come as you are. There is room for you here.
