In practice

What this looks like in practice

Her Space is the community arm of Beyond the Roles Initiative — a supportive online community where women can connect, have honest conversations, learn, reflect and grow.

We are currently meeting online via Microsoft Teams as we build our founding community. As the community grows, we plan to introduce physical gatherings and other in-person experiences.

For now, that looks like online community sessions, guided conversations, learning sessions, peer connection, guest speakers, reflection and growth, and resource sharing.

    Honest conversation with structure, plus sessions led by guest speakers and professionals.

  • Peer connection and reflection

    Space to be heard, to learn from other women's experience, and to grow at your own pace.
