In practice

What this looks like in practice

We believe women should have the knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities to participate meaningfully in economic and leadership spaces.

Our work in this area will include learning opportunities, skills development, leadership conversations, mentorship, entrepreneurship and pathways to greater economic agency.

We are early. What we can promise now is that when we run something, we will tell you plainly who it is for, what it involves, and what we have and have not managed to do yet.

How we work

  • We start with what she already has

    Every woman arrives with skills, history and instincts. The work begins by naming those, not by treating her as empty.

  • Mentorship with structure

    A defined commitment, matched on the work and the life stage, so both people know what they agreed to.

  • Pathways, not one-off events

    Skills, confidence and economic agency are built over time, not in a single seminar.
