In practice

What this looks like in practice

Rooted is the faith arm of Beyond the Roles Initiative — faith for the woman becoming, carrying and becoming again.

It creates spaces for women to deepen their relationship with God, explore faith honestly, strengthen their spiritual foundations and navigate life's responsibilities from a place of spiritual grounding.

We are early here, as with the rest of the organisation. What we can promise now is honesty about where a conversation actually is, rather than where we wish it were.

    Faith explored openly, including the parts that are hard to say out loud.

  • Spiritual grounding for real responsibilities

    Not faith as an escape from a woman's roles, but as a foundation underneath them.

  • A relationship, not a performance

    The aim is a deeper relationship with God, not a more presentable one.
