What this involves

We believe women should have the knowledge, skills, confidence and opportunities to participate meaningfully in economic and leadership spaces.

Our work in this area will include learning opportunities, skills development, leadership conversations, mentorship, entrepreneurship and pathways to greater economic agency.

If you would like to mentor or be mentored, we are collecting names now.

How we do this

How we work

  • Matched, not assigned

    Pairings are made on the work and the life stage, not on whoever is free.

  • A fixed commitment

    A defined number of months, so both people know what they agreed to.

  • Mentors are supported too

    Mentoring well is a skill. We do not hand someone a woman and wish them luck.
