What this involves

Mother, Too is the maternal arm of Beyond the Roles Initiative, created to support women through pregnancy, motherhood and the many emotional, relational and identity changes that can accompany this season of life.

Through online conversations, education, peer support, professional-led sessions and resources, Mother, Too creates space for mothers to be cared for as whole people — not only through the responsibilities of motherhood, but also in their identity, wellbeing and aspirations.

How we work

  • Built around real weeks

    Session times assume childcare is difficult, because it is. Nothing runs long.

  • Both things are allowed

    Love and loss, in the same sentence, without anyone flinching.

  • You leave with something

    Prompts and resources you can use on your own between sessions.
