In practice

What this involves

Rooted is the faith arm of Beyond the Roles Initiative.

It creates spaces for women to deepen their relationship with God, explore faith honestly, strengthen their spiritual foundations and navigate life's responsibilities from a place of spiritual grounding.

We are still designing what this looks like in practice. Join the community and you will hear first when it opens.

How we work

  • Honest exploration

    Faith explored openly, including the parts that are hard to say out loud.

  • Grounding, not escape

    Not faith as a way to avoid a woman's responsibilities, but as a foundation underneath them.

  • A relationship, not a performance

    The aim is a deeper relationship with God, not a more presentable one.
